Welcome

Counselling and Therapy on the Mornington Peninsula.

Hi I’m Jo

Life can be challenging.

Life can throw us huge curve balls.

Life can sometimes get you down.

Finding a therapist that you connect with is one way of helping you find your purpose and happiness.  I use a range of modalities in my practice, largely a person-centred approach with a touch of solution-focussed therapy. Together we can devise strategies to help you cope with life’s bumps, humps and roller coaster rides.

I genuinely love people and their stories. I love to see progress and growth. I love to see people smiling again, having found a pathway to happiness through the undergrowth of despair.

    • Midlife changes: perimenopause

    • Pre and postnatal anxiety, depression, pregnancy loss and birth trauma (COPE accredited)
